MaryEllen is the winner of the Get Grilling Giveaway! Congratulations, MaryEllen.
This giveaway is now closed.
Here it is, as promised! Another great giveaway from MyBlogSpark and Lawry's. I am already a fan of Lawry's seasoning salt (takes your french fries to restaurant level) and marinades and love having the opportunity to try a couple of their newest flavors. We marinated chicken thighs and drumsticks, as well as a few steaks, in the Tuscan Sun-Dried Tomato last Saturday. I returned home late from a used curriculum sale, was not feeling well, and we ended up ordering pizza. The meat stayed in the fridge in the marinade all day Saturday, overnight into Sunday, and all morning until we returned home from church about 1 pm. I was worried it would be overpowering after that length of time but was pleasantly surprised. It tasted great! I was also surprised to find that I preferred it on the steak, so don't be afraid to try different pairings!
I'm looking forward to trying the Szechuan Sweet & Sour BBQ, hopefully this week, but wanted to get this posted so that you all could have the chance to try it as well! One of my readers will receive the same grilling kit that I did, complete with the two marinades, a seasoning salt, skewers, and a great marinating/casserole dish with lid. The rest of you will just have to pick up a bottle for yourselves! ;-)
A little information from Lawry's: "Lawry's newest marinades allow you to infuse your meals with exotic flavors without ever leaving your home. Inspired by the sun-drenched villages of Italy, the Tuscan Sun-Dried Tomato Marinade features extra virgin olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, sweet red bell peppers and the perfect blend of herbs. The Szechuan Sweet & Sour BBQ Marinade gives meat a delicious sweet and sour flavor with a touch of Szechuan heat.

Grilling Tip: Wrap chicken in foil to keep it from sticking and falling apart on the grill. (Keeps the marinades in too!)
That's just my tip... don't know if I can play since I'm family. :)
Jenn- you're extended family and I use random.org to pick the winners, so I think you're fine to enter. I find out the winning comment number before I read back through the comments, that way I have no idea who won until it's chosen.
Yum - favorite grilling tip- make sure there is enough propane in the tank. :)
I'm following you'r blog.
I already follow! :)
I love marinades, although I usually cook on the stovetop or oven. I'm kind of afraid of the grill! I really should learn to grill, though!
I already follow you.

Love Lawry's. Our all purpose marinade here for everything is Ken's Italian Dressing, Lawrys and garlic. :)

Lawry's Teriyaki (or Hawaiian, if we're being sodium-conscious) on chicken thighs, nice-n-scorched under the broiler, is a staple meal at our house - and it's so easy, even my 11-yr-old can make it when we're away on date night.
I'd follow Lori anywhere, so of course I follow her blog.
Still following.
Great giveaway! Hope I win!

Hi! I am wondering about Blog Spark. I have seen several crew members doing this. Is it a good, ligit company? Could you tell me a little about it? I went to the website, but it didn't tell much.
Thanks.
